  I've working for Salvation Army for over 6yrs. And now that I've been homeless since the flood in August. Started tryin to get our life together for my kids. And Lt. Repass tell me he fired me cause I has a low kettle. But, mind you the season just started I have rises thousands over the 6yrs over work. But, to fire someone & they already homeless. I thought they are a God fearing church. I haven't been offered No Help. But, I had wonderful kettles at Peachtree City Kmart. All I wanted to get me & 3 daughters stable in a home, clothes, descendent meal. Cause I'm on a fixed income is why I work here every to make a Christmas for them. Now I have a daughter graduating soon too. Talk about heart breaking. Well, pray this help them realize I blessed the community of Clayton County why I can't get help.......

  Im new to the Atlanta area, moved here from New York.This is my very first time reaching out for help since i been here a year. I was too ashamed and thought the employees would be nasty to me. Well I was so wrong the 2 ladies i delt with were wonderful made me feel welcomed, not like i needed a handout. And yes I have a job but needed a lil food to help us out. Thank you salvation army, greatly appreciated. To the ladies who helped me. Thank you for your kindness.
